It just so happened that a Buick GS pulled up and parked next to the GSX. What a cool find!
I absolutely love the rear end and spoiler of the GSX, especially of the continuous stripe from the rear quarter panel to the spoiler and to the other side.
THe hood scoops on the GSX, though I'm not sure if they're functional or not.
THe front end of this GSX.
While I'm not sure of the year, this is a Buick GSX. I've never seen one that was built before the 1980s, and I've certainly never seen a GranSport X.
And of course, there is nothing more defining on a 1979 T/A than the screaming chicken!
I've always thought the front end of the '79 Pontiac T/A was one of the most distinct and recognizable from the 1970s. I've always loved the large lights, small pointed nose, and low front end of these cars.
The right front fender clearly reveals the work of a 1979 Pontiac T/A. This beautiful red car is a rare convertible, and shows why Trans-Ams were an icon for decades.
